The Mobile Multimedia Laboratory, Department of Informatics, AUEB, participated in the European research project "PURSUIT" which received the "Future Internet Award"

The European Commission funded (FP7) research project "PURSUIT: Publish Subscribe Internet Technology" received the "Future Internet Award" at the Future Internet Assembly (FIA) in Dublin, Ireland (May 10, 2013), for its outstanding contribution to redefining the Internet architecture in order to ensure users' stronger control over their data while enhancing broadband access.

Prof. C. Courcoubetis' group received the Future Internet Award for the EU-funded TRILOGY project.

The (EU FP7) TRILOGY project, in which AUEB was a partner with Costas' Courcoubetis group, received the Future Internet Award. The 'Future Internet Award', supported and organised by the ceFIMS Coordination Action, is an opportunity for European national and regional Future Internet initiatives to promote their work.
